Positions: Conflicts Analyst. Location: California. Onsite Schedule: Remote. You will perform comprehensive conflicts checks, maintain databases, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement letters.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete Ethics and Business Conflicts process for client/matters and stock purchases, including running conflicts, entering data, and reporting.
• Review and enter billing rates for new client/matters.
• Handle client/matter opening and closing electronically.
• Work with attorneys and staff to resolve conflicts promptly.
• Maintain tracking records and complete conflicts projects on time.
• Manage conflicts database and update as needed.
• Maintain file of signed engagement letters.

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform complete Ethical and Business Conflicts process for client/matters and stock purchases. This includes, but not limited to, running conflicts, entering in systems, adding info to and running reports, correspondence to firm, reviewing billing guidelines and new matter compliance.
• Review and enter billing rates for new client/matters
• Handle client/matter opening and closing process electronically
• Work closely with attorneys and other staff to facilitate the prompt resolution of identified conflicts
• Maintains accurate tracking records and completes all conflicts review projects undertaken within the Firm in a timely fashion
• Manage conflicts database and update as necessary
• Maintain file of signed engagement letters
