Job summary

Orrick is seeking a Conflicts Analyst II to support compliance and risk management for new business. The role is based across U.S. West Coast offices or fully remote in the US for candidates willing to work West Coast hours.

You will research and analyze submissions to identify conflicts and ensure policy compliance, communicating findings to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of conflicts experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Intapp

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or comparable experience.
• 3–5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm.
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with attorneys and the New Business & Conflicts team to identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest from new business.
• Perform research, analysis, and documentation of potential conflicts of interest.
• Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports and present findings to Firm partners.
• Review new business intake forms for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain engagement letter records and assist with letters.
