• Experience with Intapp Open/Walls and NetDocs highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize conflict checks and reports.
• Analyze requests for New Business conflicts and assist with intake forms.
• Oversee conflicts review for lateral hires and new hires, and resolve potential conflicts.
• Research prospective clients using internal/external databases to summarize steps to address conflicts.
• Update conflicts and financial databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Interact with Conflicts Attorneys to discuss reports and resolutions.
