Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in conflicts analysis, risk management, or related process environment.
• Strong supervisory experience leading teams in a high-volume setting.
• Experience identifying, evaluating and resolving conflicts of interest with legal staff and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conflicts analysis team, prioritizing matters and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee conflicts review processes with attorneys and risk management.
• Establish protocols to ensure quality and consistency across analysis activities.
• Coordinate large-scale conflicts analysis projects and cross-team collaboration.
• Improve workflows and systems to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Train and onboard new team members and support workforce planning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to conflicts analysts.
• Assist with reporting, analytics and performance metrics.
• Participate in on-call coverage for urgent/confidential matters.
