Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Intake Specialist for the Downtown Dallas office, offering a hybrid schedule and visibility within a reputable law firm. You will handle conflict analysis, new matter intake, and client onboarding, supporting attorneys and leadership across the firm.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of law firm experience in conflicts, new business intake, and conflict checks, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

3+ years of law firm experience in conflicts, new business intake, or conflict checks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp/Open, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct and analyze conflict searches for new matters and lateral hires.
Provide guidance to attorneys regarding conflict issues.
Open and maintain client and matter records.
Support billing setup, matter maintenance, transfers, and closures.
Partner with internal departments including General Counsel, Records, and Billing.
Deliver exceptional service to attorneys and firm personnel.
