Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience in conflicts, new business intake, risk management, or related functions.
• Strong experience reviewing and analyzing conflict search results.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict searches and analyze conflict results for new business and lateral hires
• Partner with attorneys and the General Counsel's office to resolve conflict issues
• Open new client and matter files and maintain accurate client/matter records
• Manage billing setup, matter maintenance, transfers, and closures
• Respond to intake and conflicts-related inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict searches and analyze conflict results for new business and lateral hires
