Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a prestigious downtown Dallas law firm to identify a Client Intake and Conflicts Specialist to join its Risk Management and New Business Intake team. This is a high-visibility role supporting attorneys and firm leadership through conflict checks, new matter intake, risk assessment, and client matter management.

Qualifications

3+ years of law firm experience in conflicts, new business intake, risk management, or related functions.
Strong experience reviewing and analyzing conflict search results.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct conflict searches and analyze conflict results for new business and lateral hires
Partner with attorneys and the General Counsel's office to resolve conflict issues
Open new client and matter files and maintain accurate client/matter records
Manage billing setup, matter maintenance, transfers, and closures
Respond to intake and conflicts-related inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality
