• Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp/Open, or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze conflict searches for new matters and lateral hires.
• Provide guidance to attorneys regarding conflict issues.
• Open and maintain client and matter records.
• Support billing setup, matter maintenance, transfers, and closures.
• Partner with internal departments including General Counsel, Records, and Billing.
• Deliver exceptional service to attorneys and firm personnel.

We're seeking a Client Intake Specialist to play a key role in the firm's Risk Management and New Business Intake team. This is a high-visibility opportunity supporting attorneys and leadership across the firm while handling conflict analysis, new matter intake, and client onboarding processes.
