Emerald Search Partners is assisting a thriving Pacific Northwest law firm in their search for a talented Conflicts Attorney to join their team in Seattle. This position will conduct and analyze advanced searches of existing and potential clients to avoid potential legal conflicts and oversee the firm’s records process. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Reviewing and analyzing business conflicts reports

2. Developing and implementing record management policies

3. Developing and implementing records retention schedules

4. Drafting conflict waiver requests

5. Advising firm counsel and management

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in conflicts clearance in a law firm, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to successfully lead and manage a team.
