Job Description:

A Seattle-based law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Attorney with 4–5 years of experience focused exclusively on real estate transactions. This role involves handling complex commercial real estate matters, including development, construction contracts, and property acquisitions. Please note: concurrent employment or outside legal work is not permitted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and purchase/sale agreements
• Advise on real estate development and construction contracting
• Manage pre- and post-closing processes and checklists
• Provide guidance on standard real estate terms and transactional risk
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of real estate law experience
• Active Washington State Bar license
• Strong background in development and construction-related real estate
• Familiarity with leasing, acquisitions, and closings
• Comfortable using legal technology
• Bonus: Experience with data center transactions
