As a Confirmations Representative, a typical day will include:

• Communicating via telephone calls (Outbound and potential inbound calls) with potential owners to reserve dates for preview package sales/tours, including explaining the opportunities available and answering questions.
• Explaining details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners and verifying that individuals meet eligibility requirements.
• Encouraging guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Answering guest questions about property facilities/services.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contributing to team goals.
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
• Always following company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Confirmations Representative at HVC :

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift/Carry/Push/Pull items weighing up to 10 lbs without assistance.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
