Typical Responsibilities:

• Communicate via telephone (outbound and inbound) with potential owners to reserve dates for preview packages, explain opportunities, and answer questions.
• Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations and verify eligibility.
• Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview packages/tours.
• Answer questions about property facilities/services.

• Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
