Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in technology support.
• Excellent communication skills necessary for customer interaction.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure computers and peripherals.
• Diagnose problems with malfunctioning devices.
• Perform quality control on assigned projects.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop computer hardware

Ability to multi‑task

Education

3–5 years of related experience

A+ certification or comparable experience
