Qualifications

• Six years of CM and version control experience on programs of similar scope, complexity, and requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or four additional CM years in lieu.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing hardware and software configuration baselines and version control systems.
• For developmental programs, at least one year of experience using source code control systems such as Git, SVN, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce hardware and software CM policies, processes, and procedures.
• Establish, maintain, and control configuration baselines with accurate versioning and traceability.
• Manage end-to-end configuration control including change tracking, impact analysis, approvals, and audit readiness.
• Utilize CM tools to store, track, and manage configuration artifacts.
• Support build, integration, test, and release environments while maintaining CM integrity across all phases.
• Develop and document CM processes, including automated build and release procedures.
• Conduct configuration audits, support Change Control Board (CCB) activities, and ensure end-to-end configuration traceability.
