Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking a Configuration Manager to oversee CM for development and operation systems on a high-priority Federal program. You will establish baselines across development, testing, and production, implement CM policies, and lead CM audits throughout the system life cycle.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph and 6+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's, or 10+ years with a high school diploma. Knowledge of DOORS and Eclipse is beneficial. ITAR/EAR compliance applies.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing configuration management across development, test, and production baselines.
• Familiarity with CM policies, procedures, and audits.
• Experience in life-cycle CM from requirements to end-of-life.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures.
• Use CM tools (DOORS, Eclipse) to store, track, and manage configuration items.
• Document CM processes and procedures and maintain CM environment for builds and integration.
• Define and implement hardware/software CM processes and scripts and integrate with build processes.
• Support advisory role in Government Change Control Board (CCB).
