Job summary

Beehive Industries in Loveland, Ohio, seeks a Senior Manager, Configuration Management to lead the engineering CM function and work hands-on. This role blends leadership with direct technical execution to preserve product configuration integrity across development and production.

You will drive part-number control, baselines, and change evaluation while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 10+ years supporting aviation gas turbine products or systems.
• At least 5 years in an engineering configuration management role.
• 2+ years leading, chairing, or serving in a leadership capacity on a Configuration Control Board.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering configuration management function and coach the team.
• Establish roles, processes, and governance for CM.
• Ensure configuration data remains accurate, traceable, and compliant.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program teams.
• Chair the Configuration Control Board for engine products.
• Maintain traceability among product requirements and data.
