Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical degree from an accredited university or college.
• Strong problem solving ability and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with configuration management practices and military specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the engineering configuration management strategy and process to establish consistency of product performance with its requirements, design, and information.
• Chair the Configuration Control Board (CCB) for all engine products.
• Maintain data integrity of system documentation, drawings, design artifacts, baselines, changes, and related configuration information.
• Support design, analysis, and evaluation of turbomachinery components and systems integration.
• Lead root cause / corrective action initiatives and ensure changes adhere to CM processes.
