Qualifications

• 10 years of experience supporting aviation gas turbine products or systems.
• At least five years of experience in an engineering configuration management role.
• At least two years of experience leading, chairing, or serving on a Configuration Control Board.
• Experience operating in a player‑coach capacity with hands‑on deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering configuration management function, including team direction and performance management.
• Develop and implement part-number, revision control, and assembly level management processes.
• Define operating rhythms and performance expectations for the CM team.
• Balance leadership with hands‑on CM activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program teams to maintain product configuration integrity.
