Job summary

Connection is seeking a Technical Services Administrator to support the Configuration Lab, coordinate projects and scheduling logistics, track ETCs, and generate reports for Configuration, Value Added Services, and the Depot.

You will monitor stock levels, assist with process improvements, and help ensure timely communication with stakeholders across the organization, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Familiar with JD Edwards, PSN, and Call Tracker tools.
• Knowledge of CSC configuration lab software and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail in professional business materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist Configuration Manager and Supervisors with the project database queue for all incoming projects (Configuration and VAS).
• Assist with estimating time commitments and provide ETCs to Corp Service Team.
• Coordinate releases, moves and holds with Corp Services and monitor project progress in the lab.
• Monitor lab stock levels and ensure proper materials are available for projects.
• Prepare updated daily, weekly and monthly reports for Director and managers.
