Job summary

Essintial Enterprise Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate, Entry Level to support depot services operations. The role involves configuring devices, performing repairs, and assisting with asset and workflow tasks in a center environment.

You will work with PC hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices, contributing to quality checks and order entry, with growth opportunities through hands-on training in a retail/office technology setting.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Proficient with consumer PC products.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware repair.
• Basic software installation knowledge.
• Relevant training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configurations: assess customer needs and select software packages and device configurations.
• Repairs: identify hardware/software issues and replace components as needed.
• Support: assist with asset tagging, work orders, quality control, asset inbounding, packaging, and order entry; provide configuration/repair support.

Level 1 – Associate, Entry Level

• Developing their process and product familiarity with EES customers and systems
• Engaging with fellow team members and performing repetitive processes with a vested interest in their growth
• Laying foundation for consistent, reliable, and independent output
• Typically handles routine, supervised tasks with limited decision making

This role contributes to our Depot Services offering, specifically in-house technical services. Individuals will be assigned tasks based on needs with a focus on the repairs, configurations, and support activity around asset & lifecycle management for Retail, Office, and Consumer Technology equipment.

This equipment includes but not limited to PC’s, laptops, laser printers, receipt printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other devices and peripherals both standard and specialized for point of sale and office settings.

Individuals can expect a blended work environment primarily within the configuration center but may be required to assist in warehousing tasks as needed.

• Configurations:
• Evaluate customer needs based on work orders to determine necessary software packages, device configurations, and any additional customizations.
• Repairs:
• Identify hardware and software issues, as well as replace physical components for devices and/or peripherals.
• Support:
• Assist with tasks such as asset tagging, work order triaging, quality control, inbounding assets into work order system, packaging finished goods, and order entry while providing support for configurations and repairs as needed.

All team members are responsible for contributing to overall productivity, meeting customer objectives, and accurately tracking customer assets through systematic processes. Responsibilities and area of focus may shift as needs shift.
