Job summary

Nightwing seeks a seasoned Configuration Manager to lead CM processes across SAFe and DevSecOps environments. You will manage baselines, version control, and IaC while ensuring secure, auditable releases for DoD-related programs.

The role requires 7+ years of CM experience, TS/SCI with CI poly clearance, and a U.S. citizenship. Location options include NCR or San Antonio, TX, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of configuration management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent substitution).
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with configuration management tools and databases.
• Knowledge of DoD configuration management requirements.
• Active TS/SCI clearance CI poly.
• Must be U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration management database and documentation.
• Manage branching strategies and version control workflows.
• Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and maintenance.
• Track software versions and baselines across environments.
• Coordinate release processes and version tagging.
• Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) repositories.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Document configuration changes and maintain change logs.
• Assist with deployment automation.
• Support transition activities and knowledge transfer.
