A client of ours is looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the organization and control of engineering information for complex manufactured products. This position works closely with technical and production teams to ensure drawings, component information, design updates, and product records remain accurate as projects move from engineering into manufacturing.

What You’ll Do

• Organize and maintain engineering records throughout the product lifecycle
• Process design revisions and coordinate changes across affected teams
• Maintain BOMs, part information, drawings, and related technical records
• Ensure current documentation is properly released and available to manufacturing
• Track revisions and maintain accurate historical records of product changes
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program teams to resolve documentation issues

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing technical information within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with BOMs, drawing revisions, ECO/ECR processes, and change control
• Experience using PLM, PDM, or engineering document management software
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with multiple engineering disciplines and production teams
• Aerospace, defense, electronics, or other complex manufacturing experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of configuration management standards such as EIA-649 is a plus
