Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Specialist to support the C17 Training System program. You will manage the program data package and ensure the integrity of all released documents, including CAE materials, vendor data, and Air Force publications.

You will collaborate with engineering, IT, courseware, and logistics teams to keep baselines up to date and compliant, supporting audits and continuous improvement in documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in configuration management, data management, or document control.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and data management activities for the C17 TS program.
• Assist in managing the complete program data package and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain integrity of released documentation and contractor records.
• Support compilation and delivery of CDRLs and baseline documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, and logistics to reflect current baselines.
• Assist in audits and documentation reviews.
• Ensure proper formatting and archiving of documents.
