CAE USA Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the C17 TS program by managing configuration data and documentation. The role ensures accuracy and traceability of CAE and Air Force materials, while coordinating with engineering, IT, and logistics teams to reflect current configurations.

Responsibilities include maintaining contract data, CDRLs, and baseline documentation for courseware, hardware, software, and visual databases, with an emphasis on compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information management, engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in configuration management, data management, document control, or related technical support disciplines.
• Basic understanding of configuration management principles, documentation standards, and version control practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, structured environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and document management applications.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily configuration management and data management activities for the C17 TS program.
• Maintains the integrity of all released C17 TS documentation, including CAE generated documents, databases, and Air Force publications.
• Supports the team that compiles, delivers, and maintains all C17 TS CDRLs, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation control.
• Coordinates with engineering, courseware, IT, logistics, and management teams to reflect current configurations.
• Assists in baseline management for C17 TS courseware, hardware, software, and visual database products.
• Follows established configuration management procedures, version control processes, and documentation standards.
• Tracks modifications and changes to program documentation and configuration items.
• Supports audits, reviews, and inspections related to configuration and data management.
