The State University Construction Fund (Fund) is a New York State government entity dedicated solely to facilitating and expediting the construction, renovation, rehabilitation, and improvement of the State University of New York's academic building and infrastructure assets at 32 state-operated campuses and 3 teaching hospitals.
Our offices are located within the historic SUNY System Administration headquarters in downtown Albany, New York. Though officially named the H. Carl McCall SUNY Building, it is often referred to by locals as the, "D&H Building," or affectionately, "The Castle."

The State University Construction Fund (Fund) is currently seeking a Confidential Assistantto join our Design & Construction team at our office in Albany, NY.
Within the State University Construction Fund (the Fund), this individual provides support in the Design and Construction Management Office for professional staff. The position reports directly to the Director of Construction and will work closely with other directors and managers and will interact with all staff in the Design and Construction units (and beyond). The position will require a proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve the goals of the Design and Construction units.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as primary administrative staff member to help facilitate Design and Construction processes and policies. Specific tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performing other duties as directed.
A bachelor's degree in a related field plus a minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred. An associate's degree in a related field plus a minimum of seven years of relevant experience may be considered.

Salary range:$63,180- $101,848 per year,commensurate with experience and qualifications.
