Job summary

Stefanini Group in New York seeks a Conferencing and Collaboration Engineer to own and optimize global collaboration platforms. You will manage Zoom and Microsoft Teams/Office 365, ensure security and reliability, and support executive meetings with flawless technical execution.

The role also covers AV integration, hardware management for conference rooms, documentation, and driving AI-enabled collaboration features.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video conferencing and AV integration design, engineering, installation, and support.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams/Office 365.
• Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and collaboration software.
• Familiarity with the integration of AI tools within communication and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize collaboration platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams/Office 365.
• Ensure the security and reliability of all collaboration infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for conferencing services to ensure optimal performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust video conferencing and AV integration solutions.
• Manage hardware and installation vendors for new conference room setups and upgrades.
• Collaborate with various IT teams and stakeholders to integrate new solutions and address technical challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new software, hardware, and processes to keep our collaboration ecosystem at the forefront of industry trends.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Partner with communication teams to socialize new features and functionalities to the wider organization, including the adoption of AI within communication and collaboration services.
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for all conferencing and collaboration technologies.
• Provide executive-level meeting support, ensuring flawless technical execution for high-profile engagements.
• Provide administration and support with digital signage systems, including content management and display technology.
