Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to join Ballard Designs at our West Chester, OH location, delivering an outstanding guest experience and driving sales daily.

You will need 2+ years in specialty retail, be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos and POS systems, and be able to lift up to 50lbs; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; comprehensive benefits from day one.

• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, holidays).

As Sales Associate, you will embrace and promote the Ballard brand delivering an outstanding guest experience and performing operational responsibilities to increase sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will report to the Store Leader.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals for the store
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members
• Provide guests with accurate and efficient service to educate them on the products and services available through Ballard Designs

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems and previous cash handling required
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays #LI-Onsite
