Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Conference Attendant at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, TX. The role covers setup, teardown and maintenance of conference rooms, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position is full-time (30+ hours/week) with shifts based on events, including football game days and other high-occupancy times. Compensation is $13/hr plus a service charge payout, biweekly, with benefits such as health, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must read basic English for daily expectations.
• General computer skills related to audio/video setup.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain conference rooms as required by clients.
• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per client needs; lift and place tables/chairs.
• Attend to guest requests in the conference center.
• Perform minor maintenance on conference equipment and check fittings.
• Maintain storage areas and assist with inventory.
