Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is currently seeking an Audio Visual Technician to support meetings, conferences, and events at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center in College Station. The role focuses on setting up, operating, and maintaining AV equipment while delivering exceptional guest service within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position offers part-time hours (16-29 per week) with weekend and varied shifts and a starting pay of $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lb and handle equipment safely.
• Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up audio/visual equipment according to event orders.
• Operate projectors, microphones, mixers, and lighting for events.
• Troubleshoot AV issues and assist clients during presentations.
• Maintain equipment and inventory for upcoming events.
• Coordinate with Event Services and hotel staff for event success.
• Document and plan equipment use for each event.
