Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Audio Visual Technician at the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center in College Station. You will set up, operate, and maintain basic AV equipment for meetings, conferences, and events, collaborating with clients, event planners, and hotel staff to ensure flawless presentations with professionalism and courtesy.

This part‑time role offers 16–29 hours weekly, with compensation of $14 per hour, paid biweekly.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to speak clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Basic computer literacy (email, file management, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift 40 lbs regularly and safely handle equipment.
• Flexible work hours, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: experience with video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex) and exposure to AV equipment.

Aufgaben

• Event Setup: Set up AV equipment according to event orders and client needs.
• Operation of AV Systems: Run projectors, microphones, mixers, speakers, and related devices; troubleshoot as needed.
• Client Service & Communication: Greet clients and confirm AV requirements; provide clear, supportive communication.
• Maintenance & Inventory: Clean, store, and track AV gear; report issues and manage inventory.
• Administrative Duties: Review upcoming event orders and documentations; maintain organized spaces.
• Marginal Functions: Uphold service standards and participate in ongoing training.
