Job summary

Halcyon, Denver, CO, US, seeks a Conference Services Manager to orchestrate events from concept to execution with a guest-first approach. This full-time role oversees multiple departments to ensure successful, memorable events and seamless operations.

You will tour spaces for clients, draft detailed banquet orders, coordinate with banquet and sales teams, and manage contracts, orders and invoices with meticulous care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client tours of spaces
• Create detailed banquet event orders for execution of events
• Work closely with banquet department on operations and event execution
• Monitor group room blocks and pick up, generate detailed resumes for operating departments
• Maintain detailed accounts and communications of contracts, event orders, and invoices
• Guest-first mentality; approachable, personable, professional
• Thorough understanding of the property and amenities; work with sales teams on current promotions and packages, as needed
• Effective communication skills across multiple teams
• Organized and effective

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

This individual takes pride when orchestrating an event. The ultimate liaison, a Conference Services Manager is able to pull together all the pieces and departments necessary to execute a successful and memorable event. They are comfortable supporting, managing, and supervising others. This individual is a true visionary who can see the big picture and has the knowledge and experience to take something from pen and paper to reality.
