ESFM USA is seeking a part-time Conference Services Attendant in San Francisco. You will help maintain conference rooms and public areas, ensuring readiness for meetings and providing prompt, detailed service to clients and guests.

The role requires superb customer service, hospitality, punctuality, and the ability to work evenings with a team-oriented mindset. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with standard on-site duties and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or houseman/porter experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move and place tables, chairs, and linens for each event in the conference center.
• Set up items not included in the room (flipcharts, whiteboard, screens, etc.).
• Ensure conference rooms are ready with pens, pads, handouts, and event packages.
• Refresh rooms between meetings and provide prompt service as scheduled.
• Maintain phone and email communication with clients, guests, and team members.
