CONFERENCE SERVICES ATTENDANT (PART TIME)

Join us as a CONFERENCE SERVICES ATTENDANT (PART TIME) at Flik Hospitality Group.

About the Role

We are hiring immediately for part-time Conference Services Attendants at the Warren Conference Center & Inn, Ashland, MA. The schedule varies, including nights and weekends. No previous experience required. Pay rate: $18.00 per hour. Perks include training, free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment for meetings and events.
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Refresh rooms between meetings and assist with AV equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and team members.
• Provide directions and assistance to visitors.
• Conduct weekly inspections of meeting rooms and coordinate with support departments for maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or related experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
