The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with conference room AV, networking protocols, and device registration, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a strong detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AV integration, network engineering, or conference room technology support.
• Strong understanding of conference room AV systems, networking protocols, and device registration processes.
• Experience with enterprise AV/IT platforms is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Reprogram conference room setups to meet evolving business needs and technology standards.
• Register and integrate conference rooms within the corporate environment, ensuring proper configuration and documentation.
• Test AV and network units for connectivity, performance, and compatibility.
• Verify the operational environment, including network health and device functionality.
• Maintain accurate room configurations and system documentation.
• Support retirement processes, including decommissioning outdated AV/network equipment.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and prompt issue resolution for conference room systems.
