Job summary

Virgin Hotels, LLC is seeking a Conference Services Manager to architect extraordinary moments during multi-day conferences and high-energy launches. You will own the client journey from contract to final invoice, design bespoke event plans, and collaborate with culinary, AV, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires 3–5 years of conference or event services experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and a creative mindset to deliver

Qualifications

• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• 3–5 years of conference or event services experience in luxury, lifestyle, or boutique hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-day events with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, including room setups, AV requirements, and F&B service flow.
• Experience with event management software (Delphi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client journey – single point of contact from signed contract to final invoice.
• Design bespoke event plans with detailed BEOs.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver flawless execution.
• Lead pre-event planning with site inspections and tastings.
• Manage the business side with budgets, contracts, and billing.
• Ensure operational excellence and Virgin service standards across touchpoints.
