Job summary

Aramark in Potomac, MD is seeking a Conference Services Worker for William F. Bolger Center to set up, maintain, and clean conference rooms and lounges in line with ARAMARK standards.

You will work with event staff to arrange furniture, stock glassware and linens, and communicate with supervisors about guest needs while ensuring safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to engage with guests courteously and efficiently.
• Able to work with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Sets-up, maintains, breaks down, and cleans food and beverage spaces for events.
• Maintains general appearance for break areas and venues.
• Moves light furniture and tables as needed.
• Keeps in constant contact with supervisor about event progress and guest needs.
• Reads event orders and follows meeting specifications.
• Attends departmental meetings as needed.
• Follows safety, security, and sanitation policies.
