Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Conference Services Worker for Citi's 388 Greenwich Conferencing and Catering in New York, NY. You will set up, maintain, and clean conference rooms and lounges to ARAMARK standards, upholding safety and sanitation policies.

This role includes coordinating with event staff, moving light furniture, stocking supplies, and communicating with supervisors about guest needs and next‑day setup.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to engage with guests courteously and efficiently
• Able to work with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, break down, and clean event areas.
• Maintain general appearance of break areas.
• Move light furniture and tables as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor about event progress.
• Prepare for next day setup.
• Stock glassware, china, food items, drinks, linens, flip charts, and office supplies.
• Arrange tables and chairs per meeting specs.
• Remove trash from areas.
• Read banquet event order sheets.
• Attend departmental and other meetings.
• Follow safety, security, and energy policies.
