Rapport Guest Services seeks a dynamic Conference Coordinator BNY to serve as a liaison between support departments and event hosts, coordinating meetings for executive-level stakeholders. This role is based in New York and reports to the Conference Services Manager.
You will manage run-of-show documents, oversee setup and breakdown, and collaborate with catering, AV, IT, and facilities to ensure flawless events for our clients and teams.
Salary: $70,000-$75,000

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Conference Service Coordinator to join our team. This individual will serve as a key liaison between support departments and event hosts, managing all aspects of meeting coordination to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling the intricacies of planning events for executive-level and C-suite stakeholders. This position will report directly to the Conference Services Manager and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
