Inspiraco seeks a General Manager to lead daily conference-center operations and build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client experiences. You will balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic planning, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

This leadership role focuses on managing service-based operations, budgeting, staff development, and cross-team collaboration to drive growth and efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience in service-based or contract operations.
• Experience leading and developing teams in hospitality, fitness, transportation, or related industries.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure consistent service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop employees; build a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Set operational direction, establish priorities, and deploy resources effectively.
• Oversee staffing decisions, performance reviews, and hiring activities.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted partner for needs and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, staffing levels, and performance metrics.
