Apptad Inc. is seeking an Audio/Video Tech to provide AV/UC support for conferences and events in Santa Clara. The role covers Cisco video conferencing, Poly phones, and Microsoft Teams meetings, with onsite conference room maintenance and proactive system checks.

The successful candidate will install, configure, and maintain AV equipment, ensuring smooth operation for large group meetings and events while keeping inventory up to date.

Qualifications

• Provide support for UC technologies such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco video conferencing.
• Support conference room AV, troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively.
• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment across spaces for optimal performance.
• Work with Cisco video conferencing equipment for high‑quality experiences.
• Familiarity with Poly phones and their conference room integration.
• Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Meetings for successful virtual collaborations.
• Conduct regular system checks in conference rooms to maintain AV and network health.
• Deliver IT AV support for large group meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate inventories of AV equipment, configurations and maintenance activities.
