Qualifications

• Ability to verbally communicate proficiently in English and read English manuals.
• Prior experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).

Responsabilités

• Operate a production line and oversee confectionery production and packaging.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain inventory counts, lot numbers, and production records.
• Train Team Members and assist with line operations.
• Use REDZONE production software and support OEE standards.
• Communicate effectively across departments and maintain attendance.
