Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate production line in Cream Room and oversee confectionery production.
• Package products and perform quality, weight, and safety checks.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized work area including allergen handling.
• Prepare supplies and equipment for production while ensuring safety compliance.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and routine inspections.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and production records.
• Assist with line operations and train team members as needed.
• Use REDZONE software and support OEE standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments.
• Maintain professional conduct and reliable attendance; overtime as needed.
