Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 221-unit condominium association. This leadership role supervises two direct reports and acts as a key liaison between the Board, residents, vendors, and the management company.

The ideal candidate has condo association management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Yardi; HomeWise is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing condominium associations.
• Experience using Yardi property management software.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, maintenance activities, and community operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with boards, residents, and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a 221-unit condominium community and lead two direct reports.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial goals.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor performance.
• Support assessment and fee collection following association policies.
• Serve as liaison between residents, Board, vendors, and management company.
• Prepare reports for Board meetings and provide operational updates.
• Ensure contract administration and compliance with governing documents.
