In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program. No experience is necessary as training is provided. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

In this role, you will answer inbound calls from our participants along with making outbound telephonic calls to participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program. And the best part?
