Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a health-related field.
• 2–4 years of program support experience in healthcare or athletic training settings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in the program's multidisciplinary clinics, school screenings, and community events.
• Coordinate and schedule tests, authorizations, and appointments across departments.
• Manage patient, family, and physician communications and data in scheduling systems.
• Assist in Lean initiatives and process improvements to enhance patient experience.
