Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a Concurrent Enrollment Program Coordinator to support partnerships between local school districts and CMC campuses. You will coordinate enrollment, testing, and related duties, and work with LEPs to promote programs and student success.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and experience in program coordination, with strong communication skills and knowledge of concurrent enrollment practices. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience coordinating and supporting multi-party programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with concurrent enrollment programs and college operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with school district personnel.
• Serve as liaison between CMC campus and school districts.
• Educate and promote Concurrent Enrollment programs to students.
• Coordinate placement testing, admissions, registration, and scheduling.
• Provide academic support and guidance, including referrals to tutoring or advising.
• Manage student enrollment workflow and data reporting.
• Understand CDHE policies and related programs.
