Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Trade Superintendent to oversee a specific area of a construction project, reporting to the Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.

The role focuses on disciplines such as concrete, mechanical, or pipe, ensuring safe and efficient execution. You will coordinate field crews, monitor schedules, review plans and drawings, supervise subcontractors, and contribute to daily reporting and quality control while supporting the development of Foreman and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience with a trade specialization (e.g., concrete, mechanical, pipe).
• Experience leading crews or supervising work within a trade.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and scope for trade work.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Foreman to plan safe crew work and maintain the three-week schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate company workforce in their area; set pace of work.
• Develop Foremen, Senior Field Engineers, and other staff.
• Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors and participate in weekly meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and quantities; take photos for documentation.
• Ensure quality of work for self-perform and subcontractors; protect assets.
