Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience with a specialized trade
• Experience leading crews or supervising work within a trade discipline
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specs
• Competent person safety training and relevant certifications (Preferred)
• OSHA 30 certification (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Foreman in planning crews work safely
• Assist in setting durations of the three-week schedule for area/structure
• Supervise company workforce and coordinate scheduling with subcontractors
• Maintain daily reports and timesheets; gather accurate quantities
• Take daily/weekly photos for Procore documentation
• Ensure quality of work by self-perform and subcontractors
• Protect and maintain company assets and equipment
