Job summary

The Nearview Group is looking for a skilled Concrete Superintendent in Oklahoma City with a minimum of 5 years in concrete construction. You will lead field operations and collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality results.

You will supervise crews, manage schedules and budgets, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with clients to address concerns while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. OSHA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations; OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
• Supervise a team of concrete workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
