Position Overview

Belfast Valley Contractors is actively seeking a Concrete Site Superintendent to oversee field operations across structural concrete projects in the Tampa–Sarasota–Clearwater region. This leadership role is responsible for managing self-perform crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining jobsite safety, and ensuring all work aligns with company standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage all on-site concrete activities including layout, formwork, rebar, placement, and finishing
• - Lead and direct crews; oversee workforce planning, productivity tracking, and quality control
• - Enforce jobsite safety standards in accordance with OSHA and Belfast policies
• - Maintain and adjust daily sequencing to meet schedule milestones
• - Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to scope and quality expectations
• - Maintain accurate field documentation including daily reports, toolbox talks, and inspections
• - Communicate site progress, needs, and issues with project management team
• - Ensure a clean, organized, and fully compliant jobsite at all times
• - 5+ years of experience supervising structural concrete operations
• - Strong leadership and communication skills
• - Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, schedules, and specifications
• - Experience managing safety protocols and compliance on active construction sites
• - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• - Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and in all weather conditions
